🌟 English Can Be This Fun! A Creative Learning Adventure Begins 🌟
PBL Method (Project-Based Learning)
In our English class, students don’t just memorize vocabulary or grammar. Instead, they dive into all-English project activities where they challenge math, explore science, and practice expression! From group discussions and hands-on making, to final presentations, children complete every step in English, making language learning part of real life.
🏠 Tiny House Creative Design
Our young architects worked together in English to design their own tiny houses. Along the way, they naturally learned math vocabulary such as “perimeter” and “area”, and explained each room’s size and purpose in English. From planning to presenting, math and English were perfectly combined — not only could they calculate, but they could also communicate their ideas clearly!
☀️ Solar Oven Challenge
Pizza boxes turned into science experiments! Students explored the principles of heat conduction and insulation through English resources, learning scientific terms like “conductor”, “insulator”, and “solar oven”. They then built their own solar ovens and tested them with real food, discovering the surprise of the sun’s heat in action. Science became visible, tangible, and even edible!
🎤 The Young Presenters’ Stage
Whether it was the Tiny House or the Solar Oven, students had to present their learning outcomes in English. From discussion → planning → building → testing → reflection → organizing → presenting, they experienced every step of the PBL method (Project-Based Learning).
During this process, they not only practiced teamwork and critical thinking in English, but also enhanced their digital skills by creating Google Slides, turning them into large posters, and preparing English speeches for their final presentations.
Through this journey, our students developed not only English speaking and presentation skills, but also cross-disciplinary integration, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities — truly using English as a tool for exploring life and knowledge!
